“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. “We loved our room at Trade Winds - cute and comfortable and right on the waterfront of the main street through Esperanza. Coffee, water and muffins were a kind touch and dinner with a view at the on site restaurant was excellent. Short walk to our bio-bay tour meeting point.”

“The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. “A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. ”

“Couldn’t have been better! Ruben and Jessica were exceptional hosts - very friendly, helpful on local ideas and almost always available via phone, text or just knocking. If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. “Very clean facility with excellent amenities. On-site parking in front of the apartment is an added value. Air conditioner and tv in the bedroom were excellent. Lets talk about the hosts; in a nigh after returning from an activity the door lock failed and immediately they were at our side solving the problem right away. A new door lock was installed and no matter it was my voluntary choice to give them a tip, under any circumstance they accepted it. Thank you guys for your help and support.”
