“Pros: very clean, nice place to stay. Kitchen is well-equipped, bed was comfortable. Excellent decor, spacious.Other: for a 4 night stay, I was provided one bath towel and one disposable sponge, no washcloth, which is really odd. I went to Target to buy a 6-pack for 3. There are quite a few steps to climb to get to the front door, then more steps to the second story.Communication was ok.All in all, Charles was nice and helpful. I'd consider staying again!”

“Charming B&B in the center of Newburyport about 3 blocks from the water. Easy walking distance to river walk, multiple restaurants of varied menus, and charming shops (no chains). Easy driving to most north shore locations. Inn keeper was gracious and provided answers to questions about what's in town. Rooms were good size with modern bath facility. Good breakfast offering. Only thing that could have been better was low bandwidth WiFi, but I guess that's not that important for a B&B experience.……
