“Stay away ! I reserved a room and they gave it to someone else ! Wouldn't give a refund and neither would expedia! Never again”

“Room was clean. However our fridge was not working. Pool was cold and no hot tub. Staff were nice. Breakfast was just OK. ”

“Overall, the Silver Bell was a good value for the money paid. The owner, with whom we spoke only by phone, was very pleasant. The room we stayed in had just been renovated with new flooring, toilet, etc., so it was very clean. For us, safety and cleanliness were our two key concerns. Be aware that there are no amenities or decorations of any kind (coffee maker, closet, suitcase stand, pictures, etc.), other than the soap that is provided. “Older hotel, manager was obnoxious and rude most staff very friendly, clean area, charge extra to change sheets even when you stay over a week and you offer to change the bedding yourself ”

“Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.”

“I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. You also get a 1 complimentary drink but redeemable PM only not in the morning.”

“The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”
