“My stay at the The Inn at Four Eleven York was everything I wanted in a solo getaway and more. It’s such a cute, cozy B&B with major Gilmore Girls vibes, but elevated. The whole place feels calm, intentional, and just a little indulgent in the best way. The staff were incredibly friendly, and being on a text chain for anything I needed made everything feel easy and personal. The room itself was stunning. Everything felt luxurious without being over the top. The bedding was so comfortable, and……

“very clean and spacious hotel in an excellent area of downtown Norfolk. All the staff were very kind and courteous. We really enjoyed our stay there.”

“Rom was not clean, bathroom was full of mold. Sink would drain,bath /shower valve was broken. They tried to double charge me. After booking on line and payed in full they charged my credit card again. Tried changing me for $25 for parking when I parked in the public parking garage across the street. The breakfast price was off the charts and awful. Will never stay at a Marriott again. ”

“Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light……

“This place was disgusting. I do not recommend at all. Everything was dirty, pillows had black mold, when I mentioned to the guy that worked there about how it’s not what’s shown in pics he said there pictures are false adviti. Pool is green, extremely dirty. I’m more then positive people actually live there.”

“Was a last minute for this booking, I guess we got the old room instead of a newer room the linen on bed could have been little cleaner was stains all over sheets could not sleep on it had to buy sheets to relax. The towels need to be replaced stains and everything on the towels just not a good experience for me and my family.”

“I only gave the facility a 3/5 because they are in the middle of remodeling and downstairs was tricky getting to the elevators. All the rest I gave 5/5. Our room is was very clean and the hallways smell new! Once the renovation is complete definitely 5/5. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was as hot, fresh and a lot of food! Definitely recommend staying here. ”
