“Weekend concert trip”

“It was a wonderful stay.”

“We came in winter and we were the only one group of guest on that day. Room is not large but enough for two people. Water pressure for shower is not as good as normal hotel, which may due to their location.”

“Lisa, Martin, and Jorge (staff that we met) were amazing and made our stay phenomenal. They were so attentive, the breakfast was great, and the location was absolutely relaxing. Looking forward to coming back in the summer!”

“It was super convenient to the event I was attending at the OCA, and Howard Station is right across the street. The room was a little dated but very clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and it was very quiet (except I could hear my upstairs neighbors' footsteps). The only thing I didn't like was that the room smelled very strongly of bleach when I arrived and it didn't really dissipate til the next day.”

“The Highland Dell was a very well-kept and pristine property in a beautiful setting in the redwoods along the Russian River. The dining area and menu were excellent. The management and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will recommend the Highland Dell to all my family and friends.”

“Very cool to stay in an Airstream amongst the Redwoods. I love how the park is arranged. Plenty of privacy. For a campground that was filled to capacity, it was also really quiet. Very nice!”

“This is a very old property that's been nicely updated. It's a great location walkable to all of downtown Guernville. The rooms are large and beds are comfy. On the downside, you definitely hear your neighbors walking around, talking, toilets flushing and showers running. It wasn't bad enough for me not to stay there again. It's just an old building. It's also VERY pricey for what you get! ”

“We had a great experience with this hotel. The only thing we found a little odd was that they leave your room open and your key inside the room, which made us a little nervous as two girls arriving quite late. Otherwise the room was great, and the service was great!”
