“I enjoyed my stay and would stay again but my showered needed to be cleaner. To many hairs all over it. Otherwise I was comfortable ”

“Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!”

“Modern hotel in an old silk mill. Very cool. Clean. Make sure to get a room away from the busy street and train in front. They only provide housekeeping every other day which was not mentioned on the website. Decent breakfast”

“stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress. As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. ”

“This is a wonderful recently renovated property. I loved the Surf theme and there was everything I need for a very comfortable nights stay. I arrived at check in time, 3pm, so parking was not an issue but I will say parking is tight with few spaces. It worked great for me as the beach parking was full so parked here and walked the few minutes to the beach. ”
