“Room was clean, bed comfortable. Hot shower was not really "hot"....and took several minutes to reach warm stage.”

“I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. The only consolation was the Area Director of Operations Taskforce ,……

“Make sure when you get towels it doesn’t have stains or they’ll try to charge you $250 for damages for stains that were already there. That’s not a reasonable reason to charge that for some TOWELS.”

“ The room was very clean and nice. The only thing we didn't like was the TV volume was too low to hear the TV. Parking was good. The decor was very nice.”

“Extremely clean and comfortable room at a reasonable price in a decent part of town. Felt like a new place with many updates. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I will be booking again soon. I appreciate that the entry is a little different through the Staybridge parking lot instead of directly off the main road. I had my vehicle stolen at a different brand hotel in Houston with easy on/off freeway access for get away purposes so it felt……

“Breaking was fresh and included fruit and real eggs. The room was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bed was very comfortable. ”

“Initial room had a strong mildew/mold odor. Shown a second room, the air conditioning was not working and the room also had the same strong odor. Shown a third room, also the odor was too strong. Finally the fourth room was acceptable, but still a lingering mildew odor.”

“Amazing breakfast choices! Beautiful location right next to a park and also a splash pad for kids. Went on a walk in nature and my 6yr old got to get energy out at playground! Staff was super helpful and amazing ! Would definitely visit again!”

“Our stay was overall fantastic and we saw deer in the meadow next to the hotel, which made it even more thrilling. We ended up extending our stay, and the folks were sweet to keep us in the same room without having us check out with all our belongings and then check back in. So very convenient. Laundry facility was great for us to use and staff were fabulous. My only one downside, the gym facility was limited with the treadmill not working and eliptical being absent, as well as the pool and……
