“The staff was very helpful, considerate, and professional. The room was clean. Icemaker was brand new, but was giving staff problems. Have to go back in an hour or two. Had to wait for laundry to get washcloths and hand towels, but this was only a 45 minute inconvenience. I realize this is a low cost hotel, so I am not criticizing them for keeping material costs low, as well. Just noting the scheduling delay. Their people were doing their absolute best to fix both issues, which I greatly……

“Really cute boutique hotel. Larger rooms with lots of character. Really nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Loved the pool and the coffee bar. The location is a bit far out for walking to shops and restaurants, and no real restaurant onsite. We felt safe but kind of a sketchy walk the first few blocks to the shopping and restaurants.”

“The communication with the Host was outstanding they would answer any questions within a matter of minutes. The room looked even better than on the photos.”
