“Overall a comfortable stay. It is important to note that this property is on the second and third floors of an older home. The stairs are very steep. The entrance is a door that is not obvious and communication is only through email and not on the app. The beds were comfortable but a property that sleeps 10 should have enough dishes to serve 10. The host did respond quickly to our needs. It would be helpful to have all instructions and information typed up and posted for all patrons. Email is……

“A disappointing stay. Areas of the property are run down, and there appears to be a lot of unfinished projects. This itself is tolerable, and the staff I met were pleasant, but the level of cleanliness was not acceptable. The bottoms of my feet were black with grime and dirt after an hour of getting things set up in our room, which suggests to me a long-term lack of cleaning. The landscaping was well taken care of, but more effort needs to be spent on things like fixing and cleaning the floors.”
