One item, but not really negative, the young lady that checked us seemed rather shy and instructions were difficult to understand what she was saying. We had to have her repeat several times what she meant, We love the hotel and our first stay was just prior to Covid when we stayed on the concierge floor which we now missed. Since then we have stayed with you several times within the past two years. See you again in several months."
