"Spacious and comfortable house. Perfect location if you’re going to Rocker B for baseball. My 7 year old slept on the couch every night because she said it was “cozy like the cozy cabin.” Washer and dryer worked great for managing a lot of swimming and baseball clothes. The neighborhood consists of some pretty tightly packed trailer houses, but the house itself sits on a bigger lot. We enjoyed our stay here!"

"We were blown away by the entire property! The view from the backyard overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful. And the house along with all of the amenities, couldn’t have been more perfect. We had a large group and there was plenty of space and plenty to do on the property. From the game room to the pool and hot tub, everyone stayed entertained. And our host, Brooke, was amazing! Very helpful during the booking process and made check-in and check out very simple and easy. She was prompt to respond to any questions and made sure everything was good during our stay! We’ll definitely book with Brooke again in the future! "

"I was a little hesitant driving in on the one lane gravel road, but it really just added to the charm! The cabin is perfect for a small family or couples. The dock is so serene and tranquility oozes from the breeze. We especially loved being able to bring our own boat and skis! We're excited to bring the family back. "

"I was skeptical when I saw the very high ratings, because it is also the cheapest in the area. We crashed in our drive across Texas, and this place was perfect. Clean sheets, good functioning air conditioner, secure room, very clean minimalist restroom. Someone highly conscientious is running the place, as seen by the caulking, clean corners, and close attention to the small details of maintenance. All other comparably priced places have things such as dirt in corners, stained curtains, moldy tub caulk, etc. In sharpt contrast, this place is as good as it gets for a very basic room."

"This is a perfect house if you want to spend some time with extended family on PK Lake! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and it was nice having the marina just down the road for a boat rental. 5 stars all day!"

"This property is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked and the toy shed was wonderful- the kids really enjoyed using the equipment- the kayaks and the paddle boat were well used. The dock worked well for our boat and wave runner and the kids had fun fishing right there. Easy access. We swam right there all three days and had fires at night and we really made some memories!! Thank you!!"

"Beautiful property, immaculately clean and plenty of room for our entire group. The dock was perfect for swimming and jumping into the lake. We enjoyed being able to dock our boats there overnight and kayak and paddle board in the quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the pool was a great place to relax after a day on the lake. Communication was perfect, checkin/checkout was easy. Kids enjoyed the S'more Station and the firepits were a good place for them to gather and enjoy "kid time". The marina/boat ramp were very close by and convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the "game garage". Great place...highly recommend. Thanks Smart Family!"
