“Wasn’t greeted the best at check in… very short and somewhat rude! Wont say a name because she was absolutely delightful on our first visit! Was extremely upsetting to return to the hotel room on Saturday evening to have absolutely NO PARKING because of an event in the restaurant! Had to park illegally and worry about being hit or towed all night. Our first visit we couldn’t get the breakfast that was paid for because there was a convention of some sort and you couldn’t even get into the……

“reserved a smoking room but the fire alarms were going off all over the hotel. my room was ddirty and the front desk was rude. ”

“Deben de verificar bien los cuartos antes de entregarlos. Nos tocó un cuarto super sucio, cámara debajo de la cama y más cosas desagradables. Además de la peste a cigarrillo de marihuanas. Ahora respondieron excelente todo el personal y nos cambiaron y fueron super atentos con nosotros. Pero esa peste era fuerte todos los días. Todo todo el personal de excelencia. Gracias 🙂”
