"Staff was friendly and rooms where clean"
A verified traveler from Grants Pass stayed at Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Dodge
"This is an old hotel with a few modern updates. Our room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I booked the hotel for a family overnight trip and wanted the pool, hot tub, and sauna to have some relaxation time.
The pool and hot tub were great, but the sauna was not working (and the floor was dirty but I heard a parent say that some kids were messing around in there earlier, so it could have been that instead of the hotel staff’s oversight). The pool deck needs resurfacing as there are loose stones and divots. They were out of towels, but it was 9-10 pm when we were there, so we asked at the front desk and they happily gave us some pool towels.
The breakfast was hot and fully stocked and the lady working there was very gracious and cheerful.
Overall, it was satisfactory to what we expected for being an older hotel and the service was excellent. "
