The only negatives I encountered during a recent stay: - It usually takes several calls to get someone to answer at the front desk or Six Seven restaurant. This happened whether I used my cell phone or the room phone. - The restaurant automatically adds a 20% tip to the bill, regardless of quality of service received. - Room service could use improvement. I waited 50 minutes for a breakfast sandwich to arrive (ETA was 20 minutes), and the server forgot my carafe of coffee. That arrived 15 minutes later, and the server just handed me the coffee mugs and carafe instead of handing it to me on a tray. Good news: he comped the food. - The hand-held shower attachment is difficult to use as the switch to direct the water to the hand-held is on top of the shower fixture. This means you have to be almost 6' tall to reach the switch."
