"Friendly Staff and clean room. I would stay here again."

"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."

"We love this hotel. Clean, spacious, friendly, good breakfast, and very convenient location. This is the second time weve stayed here, and we will be sure to stay here the next time we are in Grand Rapids"

"The young man, Mozzy, who checked us in was phenomenal, he was a godsend but the condition of our room needed some serious repairs/renovations. The wallpaper was patched on the wall, there was clearly black mold in the bathroom, and our comforter had either food stains or coffee stains on it….just nasty. "
