"I recently stayed at another hotel in that area. Paid almost double what I paid to stay here It was much nicer. It was cleaner. The staff was friendly. It was loud. It wasn’t noisy."

"Friendly Staff and clean room. I would stay here again."

"Stayed at the Amway for one night as we were going to a concert at the Vanandel arena. Upon check in, I asked if they had any upgrades as this was our first stay at this hotel. The clerk at the desk gave us an absolute beautiful upgrade with the view of the Grand river, a Jacuzzi bathtub in a king suite. It was beautiful. This place was very quiet and convenient to walking to the concert. Staff was very considerate and the Wolfgang Puck bar/restaurant provided a good cocktail at the end of the evening. Definitely would stay here again."

"Nice location based on what we were going to do. It was a little difficult to find. The pillows weren’t great but the beds were nice. Basic continental breakfast."

"The young man, Mozzy, who checked us in was phenomenal, he was a godsend but the condition of our room needed some serious repairs/renovations. The wallpaper was patched on the wall, there was clearly black mold in the bathroom, and our comforter had either food stains or coffee stains on it….just nasty. "
