“The room was clean and the location was walkable and away from the craziness of Canal Street. The Valet car size limitations should be more clear though. We drove in with a Truck that was accepted the 1st night by the valet but the 2nd night we were told it shouldnt have been accepted because it was oversized , they parked it anyway but glad we didnt bring my Suburban becuase it's longer then our truck and too high to fit in the self parking garage. If you are driving in with a Truck or SUV call……

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”
