“I stayed two nights at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Richmond Short Pump while in town for a wedding. The location was great (right next to Short Pump Town Center and easy access to W Broad Street) but definitely car-dependent. The only time I had any trouble parking was following a late return to the hotel on Saturday night, but I was able to find one last available spot and did not have to inquire about alternative options. Check-in was quick and the lobby area was very clean and fresh, despite……

“Enjoyed our stay over memorial weekend. Room was clean and met all of our needs. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast staff was a bit taxed over the holiday weekend and had trouble keeping the breakfast bar stocked.”

“Overall, I think this is a great hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The only suggestion would be the pools cleaning system. We noticed slimy like substances floating in the water. But my family would go back! Clean and spacious rooms. ”
