“Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car ”
“This company completely ruined my vacation. To sum everything up as short as possible, we got a room that didn’t have working appliances. Contacted this host and they gave me no solutions and refused to refund me my money or move me into a new room. We spent money on food we had to throw out because stove/microwave didn’t work. They even sent somebody to confirm the appliance didn’t work and still nothing to accommodate. Each day I reached during my stay and I was told the same thing about……
"My flight was cancelled due to a plane malfunction, which prevented me from checking into the hotel. So, I contacted the hotel before the check-in time, hoping to negotiate a refund. However, their front desk was hard to reach and they refused to give me a refund, which was very disappointing."
