"My friend and I stayed for two nights prior to embarking on a cruise. The hotel was a very nice place to stay, easily walkable to shops and restaurants downtown. It’s a short uber ride to south beach and the cruise ports. Great restaurant on site. Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Would stay there again. "

They gave us another room and “discounted” us the different between the room we booked and the one we got so essentially I paid full price for a room I didn’t book. He was not accommodating at all. Amazing gym Elevators a little slow, quite often queues waiting I’m not sure if it was the balcony floor that made our feet really dirty as even though the room floor had black marks on they wouldn’t wipe off We kept our shoes on Maintenance being done at the pool floor, meaning with couldn’t get a lounger in the sun Overall though we had a great stay and would recommend"

"You can tell it is a very busy place so I’m sure it’s hard to do some maintenance.its not bad . Parking is kinda hit or miss and they make you pay for parking so you pay for parking when sometimes when you come back at night and there is no spots available "
