"This was our 3rd time staying here. The service was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. I thought the bathroom was small considering this was a suite with a large room. There are no hooks, just one low bar for towels which was awkward for where to put a robe or toiletries. The bathroom counter was not very large either to set things on. Would have been nice to have a double sink. Had a late dinner in the restaurant on site which was excellent. I had taken the Do Not Disturb...

"Staff were great pre check in and check out. Late check in not so welcoming. As a woman on her own with a teenager I wasn’t feeling too good about walking a few minutes away in a desolate area, to park my car in a quiet and dark multi story car park. A valet service for checking in this late and parking would be nice. I felt unsafe walking back to the hotel alone. "

"This is a nice hotel, Located close to ASU. We were there for a graduation, so just one night. The staff was excellent upon check-in as well as check out. The beds were firm, good for some of us not so good for some of us. The only issue that I really had, was the shower. It was dripping the entire night. The temperature was regulated so not cold, but not super hot. "

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
