“The staff was great. The only thing was no air conditioning in the rooms. Well, we got there. The room was very hot and the room I got. I had no screens in the bedroom.It seemed a little run down. Location was great. The views were spectacular.”

“Heated pools and hot tub. Outdoor grill available. Room has full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, washer and dryer in room!”

“Room #2, above the reception desk, was filthy. There was soap scum all over the tub. Even worse, there was no curtain or blind in the bathroom window in front of the toilet and shower. That window faces Main Street in Frisco. This hotel is lying when they say they have parking. They have about 20 rooms, but only about 6 parking spots.”

“The room we were in had a balcony that was shared with the room next door. We did not know that we shared a balcony nor did we know that the door from our room to the balcony did not lock. I was getting dressed in the room one morning and a person from room next door opened the door and walked into our room. Luckily I had my clothes on at that point. I called the front desk and told them that I wanted the problem fixed immediately and they said that they would send up a maintenance person……

“2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful.”

“I loved this hotel. It's very clean and smells wonderful. It was great to be able to open the windows and get the cool mountain air in the evening. It's very quiet and the breakfast is wonderful. Lovely, helpful staff and good location. Close to shopping and lots of fun activities.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous!”
