“The room layout was great! We chose a 2 bedroom condo and it was very spacious with some very pretty views. The condo does not come with AC, there were 2 window fans, but 1 window had a broken latch so you were not able to open it and it was the only window that would open in the room, it was HOT for a June stay. The inconvenience of checking in a good 20 min walk away is also hard because the key card that was given to us did not work so we had to wait about 20-30 min outside our door for……

“Everything was fine at the property except for one thing. No air-conditioning! Even though it’s in the mountains, it still gets hot up here and the room was so uncomfortable at night trying to sleep. We even had all the windows open and the patio door open and the fan going. It was still unbearable.”

“No AC, the only air flow the room got is through the window fan, which stopped working in the middle of the night, and the lower window, which was blocked by 3 layers of curtains and there would be no privacy if you move the curtains. I think the property should have provided roll up blind and portable fan instead. And the big mirror next to bed was uncomfortable. I'm surprised to see there were that many 4 or 5 star reviews.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“2 of the hot tubs did not work properly. The location was good but there was not shuttle service to take you up and down the main street. You are on your own. The restaurant and bar staff was nice and pleasant. The front desk staff were very nice but so new they did not have a lot of information to help us. We really enjoyed a property a year ago that has a shuttle to call and were very helpful. I was surprised at a premium property on the strip would have not been more helpful.”

“Room #2, above the reception desk, was filthy. There was soap scum all over the tub. Even worse, there was no curtain or blind in the bathroom window in front of the toilet and shower. That window faces Main Street in Frisco. This hotel is lying when they say they have parking. They have about 20 rooms, but only about 6 parking spots.”

“The location was great the room was clean and comfortable. Getting in and out however was a nightmare! The instructions were terrible, the door lock wouldn’t work after we finally tracked down the right location to check in, which was totally different that the lame instructions. We wasted a good two to three hours between the check in and them figuring out the code issue - ridiculous!”

“Very unpleased with the parking situation, I was told the first night there I had to park off location for a higher price than the at location parking. But I could move to location on the second day, I asked if I would be reimbursed for the higher priced off location since it was not only more expensive but was also 1/2 mike away. They were not willing to do that.”
