Starting with the chalkboard welcome sign, we felt from the beginning like things were set up just for us. "We canoed and waded, bird watched, and ate on the screened in porch through rain. Clean, comfortable, and enough outdoor space for kids under 10 to play on and off the lake. Good place for a small family gathering!"

Far enough away from all the wedding shenanigans, but close enough we could easily help w/anything required. B/c we were there for an occasion, we didn't get to experience all the cottage/lake amenities, but it was still a lovely place to unwind & enjoy our time away from home. "My daughter and I had a perfect stay while in town for her dance competition. Everything we could have needed was provided, so we only had to shop for groceries. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. The beds are comfortable and the decor is welcoming. Every detail is perfect. It felt like both home and vacation.
