However only 2 of the elevators works. My friend told me that they have been out of commission for the last 4yrs. That’s why they chose not to stay there anymore. It takes anywhere from20 to 30mins for and elevator. This is very inconvenient when you have luggage’s or else I would take the stairs. The paint is chipping off the walls and carpet is just filthy. "The receptionist at the Holiday Inn Express Cincinnati West went above and beyond to take care of my very important guest from Japan who stayed there on 7/25/2026.
