"We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area."

"Property is a convenient 5 minute walk to the heart of Warren Street. Home was as described - clean & cozy with a nice porch and ample parking for several cars. Only suggestion would be to trim the trees that block the view of the Hudson … if they are on the property. We visited in the Spring when the leaves were on the trees. The.view of the Hudson might be fine in Winter."

"The Catskill Nook is beautiful and cozy with all the ameneties on the inside. And on the outside it's just a short walk away from main street with shops, bars and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything, and communication was effortless and very welcoming."

"Fine, elegant, house. A great departure from one’s daily life. Great layout but could use more lighting. There were old quirks about the house but it made it more unique. Some doors don’t shut and will rattle when windows are open. Could use a griddle or larger pans/more baking sheets. The property is gorgeous and the crisp air was refreshing. "This property was wonderful. Easy to find, very clean and welcoming, and plenty of room to make yourself at home. The property owner was easy to reach as well. The only downside, although manageable, was the automatic lock on the door. The door sags and drags a touch and because of this the bolt becomes stuck in the lock and the mechanism cannot unlock the door. We found that lifting the door slightly after entering the code alleviated this problem. Still, this should be addressed by the...
