“It was a cute place even though it was very small, but the bedrooms were decent sized. Decorations were cute. Parking was very tight next to a pole and hard to get in and out of in the dark. There is someone that lives above you and they were loud. Write the door codes down because I had to cross the street for a signal when we arrived late. If you stay here, hopefully you won't have any issues because when we stayed the water got stuff off on us for 7 hours right in the middle of our……

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
