“The apartment was nice and clean except for the bathroom. The ceiling was falling down in the corner from water damage. It had utensil and stuff in the kitchen but not many, needed more only had one bowl. No extra tinfoil to use in toaster oven, no toaster. Very few silverware, oven mitts or dish towels.”

“House is unique as it is set up to potentially be rented by the bedroom rather than the whole house (ie. each bedroom has a separate keycode lock). 3 of the 4 bedrooms has its stairs leading from that bedroom to a private living area (or office area). Kitchen was reasonably well appointed. Coffee/creamer/sugar/coffee filters is provided. There's only 1 parking spot with the house but there is street parking available for free on the weekends (not sure about weekdays). Location is not……
