“wow… disappointed is an understatement. we drove 5 hours to stay here at the marc hotel and as soon as we checked in and get to our room it wasn’t cleaned from the previous people who stayed. the beds were torn apart, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, and the trash was full. we went down to the front desk and we didn’t get any sort of compensation. we did end up getting a new room. $166 for 1 stay here at the marc was a little outrageous. everything in the room just looked over used and……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“The breakfast is breakfast. It's eggs and Sausage and danishes with juice and milk that the same meals in all hotels. I didn't eat it but it looked and smelled good. I ate cereal and milk. My room was spotless when I got it. Nothing bad to grade on. ”

“I recently stayed at this hotel for three days, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff I did interact with were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the condition of the hotel itself did not meet expectations. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and cleanliness was an issue throughout my stay. The most concerning part of my experience happened around 3:00 AM on the second morning.
