“Nicely renovated property. Large lounge area on the main floor with a bar that's open on weekend nights for a few hours. Decent breakfast. Good size room. Would stay again”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Wow! Did we ever enjoy our stay at the Port Hotel. The whole experience was really neat! I never got to meet her in person but everyday Niocole came and left a nice message for us all on the whiteboard so we know they were keeping watch but nothing was needed. The room had it all and it was a great time. Thank you Port Hotel!”

“Hall carpet had holes in it, I’ve had better breakfasts at other Hampton I have stayed at, bed extremely hard and pillows extremely flat. Just not like my stays at other locations. ”

“The room in general was nice. However when we went to sleep the pillows had a bad scent. Also, we took some time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The water seemed gloomy and looked dirty.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

““No one expects perfection, but basic cleanliness and functionality should be standard. During my stay there were multiple issues including cleanliness concerns, a malfunctioning toilet, and a refrigerator that had a strong odor and could not be used. These issues significantly impacted the stay. While the concerns were acknowledged, they were not properly resolved during my stay. I booked through Expedia using a combination of OneKeyCash and my card, and given the circumstances, I do not feel……
