“We had excellent communications with Shawn before, during, and after our stay at his Point Pleasant Resort condo on St Thomas. “Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our stay and Billy was great, but we were unimpressed with several parts of the unit and a big inconsistency with the listing. The biggest issue for us was that there was not in fact a “sofa bed” or a “double futon” in the unit as the verbiage in the listing stated in a couple different places, but instead a queen size air mattress in the top of the bedroom closet that we had to blow up and deflate daily for my daughter to use. “The property was nice to work with, the room was clean and smelled nice. A few small maintence issues but nothing that hindered our vacation. The bed is a memory foam, which my husband reacts to negatively, so he had to sleep on the couch. Beware if you have that problem as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here.
