“Our host was a great communicator! The pictures were very nice and a good res presentation of the property. The view from the front of the unit is breathtaking! The pools and grounds are well maintained. The tiny beach was fun with so much sea life to observe along the rocky outcroppings. The restaurant/bar by the pool had great food so we didn’t feel like leaving during our short stay. Coki Beach can be reached by walking if you’re looking for a crowd and more expansive beach.”

“Awesome views!! I took a girl trip with 3 of my girlfriends and this was the perfect place! Beds were very comfortable. The on site restaurant was good. Everyone is very friendly! And the owner has been wonderful to work with throughout our stay and very responsive. Highly recommend! One tip I can give is to either rent a car or bring cash to pay for cabs and for tipping. You have to drive everywhere, and cabs charge per person. We found 1 cab driver that picked us up and took us everywhere.……

“The location of the villa was top notch. Right on the bay and in a fairly quiet part of the island outside that you can hear karaoke night at Margaritaville lol. The listing was everything they said it was. Kitchen had just enough to be able to make your meals in the villa on nights you want to stay in and relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island……

“Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay.”

“We enjoyed our 3 week stay with another couple. Having the extra king sized bed suite was perfect. It allowed them to have their own personal space. The hosts were fast and efficient to reply to our concerns and needs. A full sized washer and dryer was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishesThe showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was close to several beaches and the town of Red Hook. K-Mart and grocery store were an easy drive. We took a Sunset Cruise……
