The first floor with all amenities, gathering areas, check in and dining can be loud and chaotic in the evening during dinner and breakfast. Sometimes the elevator can be a wait. Great restaurants near by. The breakfast and evening dinners can't be beat. Arrive by 530pm to make the most of happy hour and food. Appreciate that they are pet friendly. Comfy beds and linens with quality towels. The staff, all of them from house keeping and building maintenance to front desk were extremely courteous and could communicate well. Definitely will return. Well worth the room rate."
