"I absolutely love everything about this hotel. It is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and professional. The rooms are very clean and spacious . The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is amazing. From the greeting to the staff in that area is awesome. The pool area is fantastic and very well maintained. It was pricey as they had comic con at the center next door and some sort of business expo on the 4th, 5th and 6th floor of the hotel however the great stay was stay is well worth it. Plenty of stores very near by, walking distance. A variety of restaurants very near. Walmart is 3 mins away. American dream mall 5 mins away.Plenty of free parking on site. This was our second time staying here. We will definitely be staying here when we visit the mall. "

"Beautiful clean room and comfortable beds, breakfast was great, stayed there couple times before when I’m in the area, always a great experience, this time staff in the breakfast room were a little impatient with the young crowd serving themselves, making a mess, staff were frustrated by it. Having to mop and clean every where among the guests, it was too busy for them. Probably short staffed that day. "

"I didn’t like that there was no closet and only had four hangers. Not enough for a four night stay. In addition, it was only two drawers for clothes storage. The staff was the friendliest I’ve ever been to."
