“The property is beautiful. It sits right on the bay and the view is amazing. The town is so clean and quiet. The area is family friendly and each establishment felt like you entered an aunt’s home. I absolutely loved it. And they have free EV parking at the resort!”

“Enjoy Don's cottage - the screened in patio was lovely to enjoy coffee and do some light office work. Kitchen had enough of everything to heat or prepare simple meals. Hot water was plentiful and pressure good in the shower. Bed was comfortable. The area is very quiet at night but during the day there is a small business next door that you do hear light people chatter/deliveries. I would say this location is like a modern cabin - just enough of everything but still feels rustic.”

“Easy to find and access. The dock was enjoyable with wildlife. Tha accommodation was clean and spacious for 3 adults. Nice walking paths to food and fun and shops. Definitely plan to stay again.”

“We rented this cabin to spend a couple of nights to be close to other places we planned to spend time at. The cabin is much bigger than I thought it would be space wise. The kitchen is tiny, only one person can fit in there at a time. It worked well for us, but just know if you plan to make a big meal with lots of prep you will have to utilize the dining room table for that. The ad states there is Satellite TV but for us it didn’t seem to be hooked up, again we weren’t there to spend all day……

“This Island House meets all expectations for anyone looking for a beach getaway including a couple, couples, or a family. The addition of bikes, kayaks, and everything needed for a day at the beach adds to the value. The house is an easy 5 mile drive or bike ride from the beach and the neighborhood is in an imminently walkable area of town. You will have plenty of walkable options for eating and sightseeing from this house.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, close to everything yet off in a natural setting very quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed, ice machine and just really enjoyed our stay. Air/fan wouldn’t turn on and they came very quickly and fixed. Would definitely stay here again, perfect mom and daughter trip!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this little slice of paradise! The views from the screened in porch or the back decks we’re just beautiful. It truly is a birders paradise with bald eagles, purple Martins, Barnes swallows, mockingbird, willets And an abundance of shorebirds. The house was very well stocked including hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filter and much more. I did bring my own kayaks but really didn’t need to because there were nice ones there for guest use. The……

“The owner was quick to respond, informative, and polite. The property did the job we were asking from it by being near by our family, close to the bay, and being pet friendly. I was not impressed by the cleanliness, but it was not out right dirty or unsanitary. You get what you pay for. Over all we were pleased with our stay!”

“The property lies a couple of streets back from the water front. The drive to the house is via an eclectic variation of trailer homes. The campsite is really quite large. The house was lovely - very clean and spacious. There are three bedrooms, one downstairs powder room and a jack-and-Jill bathroom accessible from the master bedroom and the upstairs hallway. On our day of arrival, we were treated to 2 2-hour training shows, at 3pm and 8pm, from the nearby Naval base, where Hawkeye aircraft……
