The home was spacious, cozy, clean, and stocked with all amenities to feel right at home! Our host communicated with us effectively and ensure our stay was the best it could be! "

"The cabin is very clean, with a nice porch on the lake. Coffee in the morning on the lake was quite nice. There is an outdoor shower which is private and the hot water comes on quickly. The water inside is not potable, and there are obvious signs not to drink it. The hosts provide drinking water. They also provide lots of snacks/coffee/toothbrushes and other amenities you may need. Electric outlets are somewhat sparse but manageable."

It felt like home away from home. The owners have been quick to respond and delightful to communicate with during our stay. We will be back and recommend to friends and family. "

I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it."

"Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. "

"We loved our stay at Chrissy’s property! The cottage was tucked far enough away in the woods to feel remote without feeling cut off, and it has all the conveniences you could need. We really enjoyed being able to cook in the full kitchen, and loved the windows that showed off the forest views. Only regret is not staying longer!"

This is a small rental but comfy, cozy and enough space for our family of 4. Quiet, beautiful surrounding woods, but not far from amenities and downtown. This home is clean, updated, and the kids loved having the loft as their own space. The owner was very communicative and had the electric fireplace on before we arrived. My kiddos are already asking to go back, and...

"This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!"
