“Everything was exactly what we hoped for. We were steps away from goldbug trail head. The place was clean and had plates/bowls/silverware. There was even a snack basket in case you needed them. Loved it and can’t wait to come back.”

Susan the owner is a remarcable and very kind woman and left no detail to chance, from the freshly home baked treats to chocolates on our pillows. I just wished we could have stayed longer! Don’t miss Goldbug Hot Springs (it’s a bit of a hike to get to them, but so worth it!) and check out Susan’s handcrafted jewelry shop two minutes away on Main St. Incredibly beautiful stuff. “The cabin we stayed in was perfect! We wanted to get away for a few days away from the kids in a remote, quiet area with a few restaurants and down town area. We went on an a couple of easy hikes right next to the river, but there are more moderate and difficult hikes in the area to choose from. There are also places to put into the river, if that's your goal. Beautiful area! The cabin was plenty spacious for two people, full fridge, kitchen with stove with cookware, spices, dishes and……
