Great time!

We had such an amazing stay. The host was super helpful and explained everything in detail. The location was wonderful, steps away from the beach just as advertised. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed our time in PR and at this wonderful spot and totally appreciate all the help and suggestions made by them :)

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION CLOSE TO BEACH AND WALKABLE AREA.

We had a really great time! The house was just as described and within minutes of the beach. We could easily walk to several different places to eat. Anna was great in letting us know of any potential problems, as well as helping with parking. We really appreciated being able to check in early after a long redeye flight. Loved staying there and we plan on going back. The location is fantastic!

Perfect Getaway Stay

Tucked just 12-steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants and shops, this villa was the perfect home base for our Puerto Rico getaway. Cozy, and clean. It had everything we needed to relax after days spent exploring. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A true gem in paradise—we can't wait to come back!

Perfect spot for a San Juan vacation

My wife and I spent week in San Juan. The location was ideal for getting into Old San Juan, to and from the airport, restaurants, grocery stores and the BEACH!!! Everything we needed for the beach was provided! Towels, umbrellas, chairs and toys. The proximity to the beach was amazing!! Great place to stay for a couple looking for a beach getaway!

Execellent Property

This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach. Not to mention the orange tabby kitty (el gato) that kept us company the whole stay, he was amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place or people to work with! Will definitely back soon!

Thank you for providing such a convenient experience to stay in the San Juan area and also be able to explore. You offered convenience in communication for pre check in guides, check in, propert communication, and check out, parking, and both beach access and indoor pool (wonderfully deeper than it looks). Stayed 5 nights and wish our schedules would have let us stay a week.

Great location and comfortable property

If you want a place that's close to the beach in a safe neighborhood, this is it. Well-stocked kitchen and comfortable living room that's three steps away from a private-patio hot tub. My wife and I stayed here with our 13-year-old-granddaughter, and it was ideal. Everything we needed for a fun beach day was in inventory. There are great restaurants close by, including an amazing bakery called Kasalta (that Barack Obama visited). Host's PR information was abundant and availability was excellent.

Location! Location! Location! This place has it all…the private pool was so wonderful. Restaurants just up the quiet street. No hassle parking was so lovely to come home to every night. Kind neighbors, responsive host, good property manager. We’ll be back!

My sisters and I stayed for a week on a "retirement" trip and we had a fabulous stay! The property was in a great location, it was supplied with essentials, but most important was that all my communication was answered immediately and Ana was so helpful in answering any questions we had. Beautiful space, convenient location, great advice on other places to explore. Beds were comfortable. The beach was incredible—especially near sunset, all the locals come out to walk their dogs and socialize in the ocean. Just a special place!

This rental totally met our needs. Plenty of space for my two adult kids and me. Great kitchen for in-house meals. Very walkable to beach, restuarants, bars, etc. Lots of extras, like beach chairs, coolers, blender, pitchers, beach towels, and more!

Pieryo Rico Escape

We had a wonderful time! The location is fabulous as are the owners/property managers. Wonderful communication. Pool/tub at night is fabulous! We walked to several wonderful restaurants, enjoyed the beach and enjoyed days of exploration. We did rent a car and there was a spot provided to us. Very thankful for that as parking would have been a nightmare otherwise. Would definitely recommend!

Excellen stay!

Loved our stay! We travel a lot and always use VRBO. The communication here was impeccable!! We are very low maintenance, but they were always there to answer our questions on where to go.
