“Door combination wouldn't work initially. Verbo app wouldn't update when new messages were sent from host (not their fault but made it even harder to get into property). Finally got access via keys. "Sleeps 5" only if 3 sleep on couches: there is only one bed in the apartment.”

“There were things close by, like drug store, and a bar 2 doors down and places to eat. Beds were really hard and the sofa was not covertable to a bed.”

“Everything was great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The homeowner responded to questions within 15 minutes. Our we arrived at the house sooner than expected and he graciously allowed us to enter the house early. There are two offstreet parking spots and a cute little patio.. Only thing that we could’ve used that was not there was a baby gate for the stairs. He had a highchair and a pack and play which were greatly appreciated. ”

“I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. ”
