"this condo is so beautiful, and very clean! two large screen tvs. full kitchen with dishwasher. the view is amazing. it’s right off the parkway so you can’t beat the location. my boys loved walking down to the swimming pool and hot tub in the evenings. the owner texted me and let me know the condo was ready earlier than check in time. the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but i would highly recommend anyone to stay here!"

"This location is minutes from Dollywood and the strip. Also isn’t far from Gatlinburg. For a two bedroom, it is very spacious and clean. Dollywood was great, I’ve never met more friendly people, fun rides and yes, the cinnamon bread was great. It was a slow line for the bread but Miss Pat was so sweet to talk to, thus the slow line. This is a tourist town! If you don’t mind then you will have a great time. By the way. Stay away from Ole Red in Gatlinburg. Music was good but the food and...

"Perfect place for 2! It had everything we needed. Loved spending time on balcony around the trees. Would have loved to use the outdoor pool but we were there a bit early in the season for it. Also it had indoor parking available which was an amazing perk considering we had the chance of hail while we were there. We were able to keep our truck nice and safe!"

"Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15."

"This is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in. It is in a great location convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions…right behind the Stampede. It was clean, well decorated, comfortable bed and furniture, and well stocked. I’d stay here again without hesitation."

Scott was very easy to communicate with and even let us check in a little early since it was vacant the day before. "I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. "The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. We were so excited to see a mama bear and her 3 baby cubs one evening.
