“Most of the staff were rude, if they acknowledged us at all, the room was run down, there was no cover on the bathroom light and the pool (main reason for booking that location) was closed. I was never informed of that before my stay and only realized it because my husband noticed tarps and building supplies in the pool room. The toilet flushed so aggressively that it scared my granddaughter and it would splash dirty toilet water at us.”

“As soon as I entered this room, cockroaches were everywhere. I knew that I couldn't even stay at this place as soon as I opened the door. My husband made it three feet into the door more than me and said that he's seen over 10 inside the room. The person at the front desk told me that I could not be issued a refund through them.And I had to go through expedia. We did not stay at this property. At this point there's price needs shut down.It was absolutely disgusting.”
