"It appears shuttle service has been an issue as per previous reviews. PLEASE BE ADVISED: there IS shuttle service to and from the airport BUT you MUST CALL FOR IT upon arrival. This isn’t mentioned anywhere. We had difficulties initially getting phone service, but once we reached the hotel, the STAFF were excellent.! The shuttle arrived within 25 minutes of our request (unfortunately, it took us over an hour to figure this out!) Shuttle service even drove us to the restaurant of our choice...
