“Our first room had a sink leak; the hotel changed our room, thankfully.. but our second room had a broken bath tub that was not draining, was detached from the wall and under flooded and was flooding the floors. There was dirt on handles, and lights, our floor was wet by the window, there was smoke holes in the curtain shower, and the paint in the bathroom was seeping and pulling away and just awful looking overall. The beds were suited nicely, however the sheets smelt like they hadn’t been……

“The room was so clean, much more then many other places I have stayed. The staff was friendly and the pool was very nice. It was a nice location, easy to get to GVSU and then to other places around town. ”

“Was told had a first floor room. Nope, 3rd floor, went to ice machine pushed button no ice was un plugged,had to go down to 2nd floor. Wanted to use hot tub couldnt hand written sign no children un to allowed in it closed”

“The hot tub wasn't hot. As fate would have it, it was apparently spring break and there were a dozen little kids running rampant in the pool/ hot tub area. The breakfast was very good- plentiful with a significant number of options”

“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……
