“I wasn’t expecting maid service for a two day stay but my room was made up and spotless after we returned from our day visiting friends. Everything was covered in pollen outside and could have benefited from a hosing down, but since it’s been so dry, maybe it’s a water shortage issue. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff was busy with refilling and cleaning.”

“This hotel is right in downtown Asheville, near wonderful restaurants & terrific art collections, also the shops on Lexington Avenue. You can walk to everything (but need to drive to Biltmore Estate.) Haywood Park hotel was an historic Bon Marche department store so the rooms are spacious as are the hallways. Extremely helpful staff. Do be aware that if you have a car you will be required to use their Valet Parking which I mistakenly thought was $22 per day but which in fact was $22 every time……
