“Hotel is being renovated. Had a nice and clean room, but they didn't have breakfast or even just coffee. Guess that's ok, but would have been useful to know ahead of time. Doesn't look like they will be done anytime soon.”

“Very rough looking, no key to the room, just a code for the door, smokie smell in the room itself. There was a sign in the bathroom to not flush toilet paper. Driveway had a huge pothole. Only took cash and had an ATM in the office. Nothing was computerized. ”

“Arrived at property and was unable to get in. Called the posted number and someone answered but as soon as I said “hello?” they hung up. I immediately called again and it went straight to voicemail. After spending almost 45 minutes on the phone with hotels.com they were unable to get the property managers to answer, either. I ended up having to make a new reservation altogether. ”

“Visiting to attend one of my best friends funerals. Was offered a place to stay instead of the hotel. Requested”

“CUANDO LLEGAMOS LA PERSONA QUE ME ATENDIÓ LO HIZO DE MALA MANERA. COMPRE LA HABITACIÓN FULL Y NO ME LA DIERON. NO RECLAME, HACIA DOS DÍAS QUE ESTABA VIAJANDO Y NO QUERÍA DISCUSIONES NI PROBLEMAS. MI HABITACIÓN NO TENIA REFRIGERADOR NI MICRO ONDAS, EN EL CONTRATO DECÍA QUE TODAS LAS HABITACIONES TENÍAN ESE SERVICIO. MIRANDO DESPUÉS OTRAS HABITACIONES VI QUE TENÍAN ESE SERVICIO. NO CUMPLIERON CON LO PACTADO. EL LUGAR PARA DESAYUNAR ES PEQUEÑÍSIMO NO ENTRAN MAS DE CUATRO O CINCO PERSONAS. LO……
