“I was so to stay at the hotel the week before and the dates got messed up because of this I had to get another hotel I also tried to reschedule because I couldn't get a refund I tried multiple times and couldn't get it done I would never recommend this to anyone”

“Avoid at all costs.. reason below -black mold in bathroom shower on ceiling (1st floor) -floor was filthy, I had to wash with soapy water and towels bc it was literally black -rust on bed frame and floor from Animal pee -duvet cover was dirty -POOL ISNT OPEN even though it's advertised -breakfast is minimal and most items were out of stock -coffee machine was out of order, so crappy bfast and no coffee -toilet was broken and handle had to be barely touched or it would break -room was full of……

“Whatever you do, don't go here!!! So ghetto, bugs in rooms, dirty as hell. Yuck, didn't even stay 20 min and paid two hundred dollars for two nights. I left. Nope never again.”

“The room had a musty smell. We had to ask to switch rooms. We switched, and the smell was even worse in that room. We got air freshener from the front desk. Everything just seemed old. Pool was dirty and very small. The hotel is in good distance to Busch gardens and water country. Very close to colonial Williamsburg. The place kind of skeeved me. I would not stay again”
