“My experience at Umi Tulum was wonderful! First, the property looks exactly like the photos. Everything was incredibly clean, I was surprised of how well they cleaned the sand from our room each day! The private pool, restaurant, cafe, and beach club were all spectacular. However, the best part of our stay were the people. All of the staff were so kind and the service was top notch. Diego especially went above and beyond to make sure we had a safe and exciting trip. “The room was gorgeous in my opinion. The layout was great. Even though we didn't use the pools on the site, the pools were amazing aesthetically and just brought a sense of calmness immediately for our vacation. I was very disappointed in myself that I didn't use the hammocks pools or gym but we made extensive use of the room and the morning breakfast was amazing. “Great, clean unit with a fully equipped kitchen and the AC worked flawlessly. Only issue is the pool is a bit of a walk away at a restaurant a few buildings over. The sargassum situation was much earlier and much worse than usual. There was no way to swim from the hotels beach and they stated they couldn't clear the beach due to it being a turtle nesting area. ”
