“La habitación bien, cómoda. Con aire acondicionado. En las noches es un poco tenebroso y no hay personal. No pasó nada y quizás lo sentimos así por que ramos los únicos en la propiedad. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés si llevas auto.”

“SUCH A CUTE PLACE. Clean, has AC, lovely staff, amazing location- close to everything, very good pricing, has WiFi, has parking. No complaints! Will definitely come back here again. Just a heads up, “breakfast included” is just coffee/ OJ and a bread/pastry basket- everything else for a fee. Overall highly recommend.”

“The property is right on the beach! We were unable to get in the water and use a lot of the amenities, like paddle boards, due to the sargassum (which is on every beach in the Riviera Maya). The restaurant staff were very attentive and the breakfast was good. They made us a to go meal on our last day. There is no other choice for meals in the area, so you need a car if you want to eat elsewhere. Taxis were $400-450 Mex pesos for a one way ride to the nearest village. You get 1 bottle of water……

“Comfy beds, perfect temperature in the rooms~ we just had just the basic room and it was great! Loved the balcony in the room as it overlooked a secluded little area of fauna- often watched wildlife from our view. The pool was delicious! Food was good too for the most part. Farther from town than we expected but found the local van transport into town for cheap- would recommend this place to stay.”

“I love this little town. Been going there for many years and love the hotel. Staff helpful. There is no elevator for those who need one. We were on the 3rd floor which was fine but if you have issues it could be a problem. As I said I love the little town but they are losing their beach. The sargassum seaweed is a real thing and starts in the early April or so and lasts for a while. All of this saddens me but may not go again as it is not pretty and the staff was working continuously to……

“The property grounds were well maintained and the hotel has upgraded many of the areas. The staff was great and helpful when asked questions.”

“Our stay was amazing! We loved being right on the ocean, it was so relaxing. Guest services reached out to us to check in a couple of times and that made our trip even smoother, knowing they were there if we needed anything.”

“Bar , restaurant next door good food . Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”
