"this is one of the best hotel you can stay in in new york and anyone who says different just doesn’t get new york city. the staff are so friendly. every morning you wake up and hear the desk attendant happily greet people and he even remembers everyone. he also was enthusiastically giving directions to travel inquiries. there is also a fabulous bodega right beside this place where you can buy anything your heart desires. the room we stayed in was very quiet and clean. anyone who has a complaint...

"The Chelsea Savoy Hotel is a good budget option if you're visiting New York. The location is great and there are good public transport connections nearby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a nice big room with a comfortable bed. The furniture needs an upgrade but that's a minor point. The bathroom was good although the shower was temperamental. (The plumbing plays a variety of tunes.) The safe was a bit small but acceptable and the room also had an iron and a small ironing board...

"On arrival greeted by really friendly staff, it was check in time so quite busy but they were really helpful and the queue went down quickly. The room was small but perfect for us as a base to see the city. Really clean and comfortable. Only small issue was the space for breakfast is too small for a hotel that size, 45 minute wait to make waffles is silly! Great stay would come again "

"The hotel is very convenient to the airport. Their shuttle service to the airport starts at 5am - our flight time meant we needed to leave earlier - so we got there by Lyft, and the driver was lovely. I found the cost to be very expensive - although it is comparable to the accommodations around it. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff were lovely."

"I stayed at this hotel for more than two weeks and I really found it to be an excellent place to stay. During my stay there were no issues at all and it was relatively idyl and peaceful. The hotel staff is also superb and very friendly, and their etiquette is phenomenal. Also close to Garden State Plaza mall so that’s a plus. A bus stop to NYC is just right outside. "
