“Never ever stayed here for I booked a room and they gave it to someone else. After driving 600 miles to get there and check in go to room and it was not even the room I booked. Staff didn’t even have the decency to let us know when we checked in that sorry your room isn’t available we over booked and gave it to someone else. Not to mention the room they gave us was handicapped accessible. Waiting for refund from Expedia would not recommend.”

“The property was not the best but it was in a convenient area. The staff were nice but you can tell by their tone that they were extremely overwhelmed. One of the ladies at the front desk mentioned that they only had 1 cleaning lady on the day of our arrival. Unfortunately, the room showed that. “I had a fantastic stay at the Shelby beachfront hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy at night, but the room stayed nice and cool. When my husband left his glasses behind, the hotel found them and kindly agreed to mailed them back, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very relaxing and pleasant stay. And would definitely stay again.”
