“They charge a resort fee of $30 per day. I don’t know why.. I didn’t see any organized activities anywhere .. there is a sizable space outside and they had a movie that was put up on Saturday night but I don’t see justification for that to get $30 by every room that stays there. Additionally, their pool was broke and their TV did not work in the fitness room. The breakfast was very good but of course you had to pay for it”

“Stayed at Hoyt House in early April. Weather was lousy. Everything else was great. Location is within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores of Fernandino Beach.
