“Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.”

“The entire hotel is old and not the nicest. Location is prime and the rooms are big so overall I would go back. I just think it it could use a lot of upgrades or just replace some of the older things. Most of staff was friendly. They did misplaced my credit card from the Pool when I went to close out and then didn’t seem to care until I made it a priority. They did find it, but they really don’t have a full proof system so I definitely wouldn’t give them anything to open a tab charge it to your……

“Very clean property and extremely kind and helpful staff. This is hotel is perfectly located to walk to most destinations. Also appreciated that it was very quiet in the rooms and having a free airport shuttle was a plus.”

“Loved the beds and linen! Frette sheets. Loved the thoughtful amenities in vanity area. Appreciated pets are welcome wo extra charge. Although notes entered in our profile,staff seemed unaware of special occasion and pet accomodations . Would like to validate sanitizing of beds provided. The decor was a contemporary elegant. Could use more counter space especially on rooms with two beds. The complimentary coffee and wine tastings is a distinguishing touch. Over all a place I would stay at……

“The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call……

“This is the second time I've stayed here & unfortunately, the upkeep has slipped. For the price point, I expected far more. The pool was full of bugs and leaves, the hot tub water was grimey and white, the TV in my room didn't work and the breakfast offerings were undercooked. ”
