"The location of this hotel is perfect. If you want to go to the theater it is the best location ever. There is a free grab and go breakfast they give you with your room and you can add more money to have a sit down meal at Friedmans. There is a wine and cheese happy hour in late afternoon some days. Be aware that the staff at the checkin counter are really rude but the concierge and the doormen are nice. The queen size room is very small-- better to order the king size. A nice ambience with good music in the background."

"Everything was good except a couple: 1. No microwave in the room. That’s like a standard thing to have (I don’t really drink coffee so didn’t mind not having a coffee maker too). There’s also no guest/open microwave nor they would warm up the food for you. So if you have any leftovers, all the best. 2. If you think what you paid through Hotel.com is it, you are wrong. For some reason they charge $40 extra service charges for every night you stay - like who charges for the room service for every day of stay!!"

"I loved the location, room was clean and the staff were very nice. Both restaurants were amazing and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water every day. The pool was very cloudy and you could not see anyone swimming under water. You also had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to access the pool. Although an elevator was visible we were told we couldn’t use it and was for staff only."
