We also didn't have enough towels, only 2 for 2 people. Couldn't call for room service on room phone, had to use personal phone. Asked for more towels and pillows and were told we needed to come down to the desk to retrieve them. Also, couldn't find hairdryer, eventually after searching everywhere, found it inside the draw safe, so random. The room service food was pretty good, but pricey.
