“Lakeside Cottage #4 was the perfect spot for our first time “Up North.” It was easy to find, easy to check in, easy to feel right at home and easy to get where ever you want to go (if you even want to leave the beautiful property!) My family enjoyed the kayak, row boat and SUP. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway spot with a very cute and cozy cottage. It had everything we needed! The other cottages on the property looked lovely too. ”

“Nice property which was in reasonable walking distance from the pool. Perfect for kids who can sleep on their own in the loft area while the parents are downstairs. The only thing I would say is although AC is listed for this property, it is a window unit for the upstairs loft and not for the rest of the place (assuming it does not cool the entire place). “My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay in this cute cosy cottage. It was was very comfortable, including the king bed, and it had pretty much everything we needed for our stay, including a well equipped kitchen. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, close to Sleeping Bear dunes, Frankfort and many hiking trails and beaches. The air conditioning was appreciated for some of the hotter days and when air quality was poor due to Canadian wildfires.We hope to be back!”

“Really a "find" for a Northern Michigan cottage by a stillwater private lake, with a nice layout, both indoors and out. The fire pit area is like a slice on sandy beach, but only 40 feet away from a nice deck with a grill and seating for five. Indoor spacing and sleep accomodations are limited to four, but the outdoor seating can accommodate 6-8 for a cookout bonfire (plenty of beach and deck chairs).Also, its just off the main street of the tiny town of Lake Ann, but nowhere near any traffic...
